Audit Logs
The Audit Logs record changes in application data (including previous and new values), the user who made the change, and when it was done. The log primarily records data changes, and does not record actions or button clicks. Therefore, the log records data changes as a result of Excel imports, however the action that triggered these changes is not logged.
The Request ID column of the log contains a unique ID that identifies the action that triggered the changes. For example, when a new submission is created or an Excel is uploaded, multiple log entries are generated with the same Request ID.
Note that it may take some time before changes are indexed and appear in the Audit Logs.
