Role Authorities

The Role Authority page contains a matrix that allows you to assign authority groups to application roles. All of the default application roles are listed on the page, which includes the standard Capital Investment Budget roles, as well as roles from Nakisa Lease Administration. In the out of box configuration, these roles are assigned to authority groups by default, but you can modify them as required. For more information on default authority groups, refer to Authority Groups.

Note that for the Nakisa Lease Administrationroles, only the Nakisa_Power role (i.e., Power User) is granted access to the application in the default configuration. All other Nakisa Lease Administration roles are not mapped to any authority groups, and therefore must be configured in order to access the application.

Note: If you would like to customize the roles between Nakisa Lease Administration and Capital Investment Budget, contact your Customer Success Manager.

To configure role authorities:

Click Application Menu > Administration > Role Authorities.
If required, click the info icon by the authority group name to view the authorities currently assigned to the group.
Edit Role Authorities by clicking and modify the mappings as needed.
1. Click to save the changes.
2. Click to discard the changes.
Optionally, export the Roles Authorities list to Excel by clicking .
