View Mode

Functional Administrators can choose to view the data set up for all systems (instead of the data available per system and company).

The View mode allows you to see all of the values for every table, and see which companies the values are attached to.

Note that the configuration cannot be edited in the View mode. Return to the Configure mode to edit the configuration tree.

To have a flat view of the master data configuration:

1. Click Application Menu > Master Data Configuration.
2. Click the View button at the top of the configuration tree.
