About RFC Trace
Use the RFC Trace to monitor the interaction with the SAP ERP and to troubleshoot issues. The logs contain the transactions that are sent to the ERP (for example, when creating assets, capitalizing assets, and posting accruals), as well as what is returned.
The RFC trace is on by default, but can be turned off. By default, the file rolls after 1,000 or more entries are recorded in a single day. Contact Nakisa Support to change the default, but note that there may be a performance impact if the limit is increased.
Note that by default, only 1,000 entries are displayed on the page at one time. This limit can be changed on the Other UI Customization settings page, however increasing the setting may impact performance when the page is loaded.
Note: If the SAP Posting Bot is used, the RFC Trace will not contain the interaction between the Posting Bot and SAP ERP.
