Error Message: Sorry, no results containing all your search terms were found

Problem

Users log in to the application and they do no see any master agreements or contracts.

Explanation

The user does not have an authorization profile assigned that allows them to view any data.

Solution

Verify that a proper authorization profile has been assigned to the user.

Procedure

  1. Click Application Menu > Master Data Configuration.
  2. Navigate to Application ConfigsUser Management > Users.
  3. Click on the row for the affected user.
  4. Navigate to Application ConfigsUser Management > Users > Authorization Profile.
  5. Click on the authorization profile.
  6. Navigate to Application ConfigsUser Management > Users > Authorization ProfileAuthorization Profile Item.
  7. Verify that the profile assigned to the user allows them to view master agreements and contracts.
