Error: No Values in Lease Area or Company Code

Problem

Users cannot create master agreements because the Lease Area drop-down is empty, or cannot create contracts because the Company Code drop-down is empty.

Explanation

The application has not automatically recreated the index.

Solution

Force the application to recreate the index right away.

Procedure

1. Click Application Menu > Data Management.
2. Click Recreate Index.
