Error Message: OOPS!

Problem

Users log in to the application and they see the following message: 

"Oops! The selected object either no longer exists, or your security privileges do not grant you access."

Explanation

The application will automatically re-index, but it has not happened yet.

Solution

Force the application to recreate the index right away.

Procedure

  1. Click Application Menu > Data Management.
  2. Click Recreate Index.
