Exporting Master Lease Agreements and Contracts

If the company code has been specified in the MLA, any user who has access to a master lease agreement (MLA) can export the MLA to Excel, as well as the contracts under the MLA. If the company code has not been specified, the exporting options will not appear. By default, Excel exports are limited to 5000 items.

Note that the Excel file will contain the contracts and lease components, but no activation groups or units.

Users can also export all MLAs in the application to which they have access.

To export the master lease agreement:

Open the required MLA.
Click Context Menu > Export Master Agreement.
When the file is ready, a notification will appear in the Notification Center. Click the notification to download the Excel file.

To export the contracts under the MLA:

Click Context Menu > Export Contracts.
When the file is ready, a notification will appear in the Notification Center. Click the notification to download the Excel file.

To export all MLAs to which the user has access:

Click Main Menu > Import/Export Information > Export Master Agreements.
Select the System and the Company Code.
Click Export.
When the file is ready, a notification will appear in the Notification Center. Click the notification to download the Excel file.
