Accessing the Application

Nakisa Lease Administration is a Web-based application installed on a cloud server , and is accessed using the following Web browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge

Note: JavaScript, cookies and pop-up windows must be supported in the Web browser.

To log in:

  1. Click the link on your company intranet, or enter the provided URL in the Web browser. The following is an example URL:

    https://<CompanyName>.nakisa.cloud/leasing/prod/app/default.html

  2. Depending on your authentication method, you are logged in either based on your SSO configuration, or by entering a Username and Password on the login page.
  3. To access the application in different languages, select a language from the drop-down list on the login page. If you are immediately directed into the application (and bypass the login page), contact Nakisa Support to set up a URL for each language. The possible options are English, French, and Spanish.
  4. Add the URL to the browser Favorites list (or bookmark it) for easy access later.

To log out:

  1. Click the Main Menu .
  2. Click Logout.
