Default Roles

Nakisa Lease Administration has the following roles by default:

  • Lease Administrator: The Lease Administrator role has the power to create and define master lease agreements, contracts, lease components, and activation groups. Users with this role can maintain and activate activation groups, and request approvals for the different objects. The Lease Administrators can also onboard equipment, perform contract and activation group events, as well as perform mass lease modifications. Lease Administrators can update the status of posting documents, and also have access to management reports and certain compliance reports.
  • Accountant: The Accountant role allows users to approve master lease agreements, define lease components and activation groups, as well as maintain, approve, activate, and classify activation groups. Accountants can perform contract and activation group events, as well as perform mass lease modifications and update the status of posting documents. Accountants also have access to all reports, as well as the financial dashboard (which requires an additional license).
  • VP of Leasing: The VP of Leasing role can approve master lease agreements and contracts. VP of Leasing users also have access to all reports, as well as the financial dashboard (which requires an additional license).
  • Business Owner: The Business Owner can assess and approve activation groups, and also have access to all reports, as well as the financial dashboard (which requires an additional license).
  • Management Reporting: The Management Reporting role allows users to view management reports and certain compliance reports. It is similar to a read-only role.
  • Financial Disclosure Reporting: The Financial Reporting role allows users to view all reports, as well as the financial dashboard (which requires an additional license). Note that this role is not affected by authorization profiles.
  • Master: Users with the Master role can do all actions allowed by the other roles.
  • Power Administrator: The Power Administrator role grants full access to the Nakisa AdminConsole, and a read-only view to the front-end of the application. Note that this role is not affected by authorization profiles.

Users can only view master agreement and contract to which they have access, which is limited by the authorization profile assigned to each user in the Nakisa AdminConsole. The exception to this rule are users with the Financial Disclosure Reporting role, who can see all available data. For any changes to assigned authorization profiles, contact your system administrator.

For a detailed view of the access rights of each role, refer to the Permission Matrix.
