Action Center

The application has an Action Center that allows you to quickly view the objects that require attention. The Action Center is on the landing pages and displays different tiles by object level (e.g., master agreement or contract). Each tile displays the number of objects in different actionable statuses, along with the total sum of the objects. Clicking on either the status or total sum on a tile loads the relevant landing page with preset filters applied. Note that the application only counts the objects that you have access to.

Note: Contract level events that must also be approved at the activation group level result in two simultaneous entries in the Action Center tiles after the contract draft is approved (one for the contract open draft, and the other for the activation group draft).

Note: If a new lease component is added through a lease modification, the new lease component and activation group will not appear in the Action Center tiles until the event draft is merged.

To load the Action Center:

Click Main Menu > Landing Pages.
Select either Master Agreement, Contract, Lease Component, Activation Group, or Unit.
The Action Center loads in the right-panel, with the list of objects to which you have access.
Note: You must click refresh at the top of the page to display the latest information. Note that changes from a running batch are not immediately updated in the Action Center tiles and may take some time to appear.

By default, the following tiles are available:

Tile	Description
Master Agreement	Displays the number of master agreements in the following statuses: Define Waiting for Approval
Contract	Displays the number of contracts in the following statuses: Define Waiting for Approval
Contract Open Draft	Displays the number of contracts that have open drafts in the following statuses: Define Waiting for Approval Pending Completion (i.e., the contract draft is in Active status and is waiting to be merged).
Activation Group	Displays the number of activation groups in the following statuses: Define Pending Assessment Pending Classification Pending Activation (i.e., the activation group is in Classified status and is waiting to be activated) Reprocess Reclose Lease End
Activation Group Open Draft	Displays the number of activation groups that have open drafts in the following statuses: Define Pending Assessment Pending Classification Pending Completion (i.e., the activation group draft is in Active status and is waiting to be merged)
Frozen Companies	Displays the number company codes that are frozen.
