Problem

You want to use Google Workspace to import and export files from the application (e.g., download and modify an Excel template in Google Sheets and upload the modified file into Nakisa Lease Administration).

Procedure

1. To view and modify a Nakisa Lease Administration file in Google Workspace, export the file from the application and import the file into Google Workspace.

   Note: When an Excel file is downloaded from the application and imported into Google Workspace, the cell format may change from "Text" to "Number", which can display large numbers in scientific format. In this case, change the cell format back to "Text" to display the full number.

2. To import a Google Workspace document into Nakisa Lease Administration, download the document to the required file format (e.g., XLSX) before importing the file into the application.
