Cannot Export Excel Files

Problem

When you attempt to export an Excel file, clicking on the Notification Center alert does not download the Excel file.

Solution

The pop-up blocker is enabled in Chrome, and blocking the download of the Excel file.

Procedure

1. In your Chrome browser, go to chrome://settings/content/popups
2. Enable the setting "Blocked". It should now say "Allowed".
