Gender Equality Analysis Overview
The Overview page displays charts and trends for both general gender information and pay equity. The page is based on the following datasets:
- Gender Equality Dataset (i.e., computation logic to generate percentage indicators).
- Employee Dataset (i.e., employees' records valid as of today) with additional filters to only display active employees that are valid on the latest effective date.
- Historic Employee Dataset (i.e., employees' records for all effective dates) with additional filters to only display active employees.
You can also customize the layout, which is only visible to you (and not to other users viewing the same pages). For information on how to use the dashboard toolbar and chart options, see About Dashboards.
