Print Settings

Use this section to determine which paper sizes are allowed when printing charts, and to set custom printing page sizes.

To Make a Page Size Available to Users:

Tick the checkbox to on to enable the desired page setting and click Save.

To Add a Custom Page Size:

You can add up to three custom page sizes for your users can select when printing their org charts.

Warning: Create page sizes only if your users have printers that have those custom page sizes as printing options. Your users will have to select the custom page size in Nakisa HR Suite and then ensure they select the correct paper size in their printer settings.

Tick the checkbox next to one of the custom Page selections.
Enter the width and height (in centimeters) of the custom page size and click Save.
