Field Mapping Filters

You can add filters in each resource mapping to filter data fetched from SuccessFactors or imported into Nakisa HR Suite.

Two types of filters are available in each resource mapping:

  • Retrieval filters are run when the connector is fetching data from SuccessFactors. In simple mode, apply the filter to only extract the necessary data required for a specific Nakisa HR Suite resource. Retrieval Filters has an advanced mode that allows you to select a resource and manually enter a filter query.
  • Processing filters are run when the connector is processing retrieved data (and before the data is imported into Nakisa HR Suite). Apply the filter to exclude data you do not want to import into Nakisa HR Suite (that could not be filtered during the data retrieval).

Add a Simple Retrieval Filter:

  1. Click the filter icon and click +Add A Filter.
  2. Enter the resource, field name, condition and value.
  3. Click Save.

Add an Advanced Retrieval Filter:

  1. Click the filter icon and click +Add A Filter.
  2. Use the dropdown menu at the top left to select Advanced Mode.
  3. Enter a resource and the filter query.
  4. Click Save.

Add a Processing Filter:

  1. Click the filter icon and click +Add A Filter.
  2. Enter the resource, field name, condition and value.
  3. Click Save.

Delete a Filter:

You can delete any filter by clicking the delete icon next to the filter.
