Risk of Loss

The likelihood of losing an employee. Risk of loss levels are designated in your HR system or ERP, and the value that appears in Classic Nakisa HR Suite reflects the number of employees with each risk loss level who match your other search or filter criteria. This can be found in Employee searches.

Value: Can be customized, but by default are: Low, Medium, and High

For calculating exit risk, the following numeric values are assigned to the risk values:

• Low = 1
• Medium = 3
• High = 5
