Span of Control

Classic Nakisa HR Suite allows you to filter your search results based on the span of control any position or org unit has. See here for how span of control is calculated in OOSP and SSP environments, as well as how the calculations are performed for various edge cases. This can be found in Position searches in your source data.

Value: Values can be customized, but by default are:

  • 0
  • 1-3
  • 4-8
  • 9-12
  • 13 and above
