Terminology

We define analytics for both O-O-S-P environments and S-S environments. As such, there are some analytics that are marked with (OOSP-Only) or (SSP-Only). Additionally, when discussing org units or positions that have direct reports, we use the term “node” to describe that relationship for the purposes of this document to prevent confusion.
