Average Span of Control - Alternative Calculation

The average number of employees per manager in the node, including its children, but is not calculated when a manager position is vacant or does not exist. The alternative calculation is only used for the Position Reporting Structure.

Calculation details:(Total number of employees under a position (direct and indirect) - number of incumbents in current position / total number of managers under this position) (direct and indirect, including self).
