Total number of solid-line reporting positions under a position, including the manager.

Consider the following variables:

X₁ is the total number of all solid-line reporting relationships that report to a node, including child nodes and children of child nodes

X₂ is the total number of all dotted-line reporting relationships that report TO a node, including child nodes and children of child nodes

X₃ is the total number of all dotted-line reporting relationships that report AWAY from a node, including child nodes and children of child nodes

Calculation details: Legal = X₁ + 1 (for the manager themselves)
