Users can view their organizational structure in the form of organization charts, perform searches, and view detailed information about the people in the organization chart. Users can also update and maintain their professional profile, which can then be viewed by other employees in the organization. Additionally, Classic Nakisa HR Suite offers organizational modeling capabilities that allow Human Resources and other authorized users to create "what if" scenarios for reorganizations and planned growth. Near real-time analytics allow these users to assess the financial impact of their scenarios and determine if they comply with applicable regulations and requirements before writing the data back to your database.

Classic Nakisa HR Suite is installed in the Nakisa Cloud and users can access it using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome browsers. This help provides the information you need to get started.
