Choosing Columns to Display and Their Order

You can choose which columns appear in your tables of search results, as well as set the order in which they appear using the Settings option.

To use Settings to control the search results columns:

  1. Conduct your search as appropriate.
  2. Select one of the table views.
  3. Click Settings . This opens the Select Columns to display dialog.
  4. Select the columns you want to appear by ticking the check box to on . To deselect a column, untick the checkbox .
  5. Click Save.

To use Settings to control the column order of appearance:

  1. Conduct your search as appropriate.
  2. Select one of the table views.
  3. Click Settings . This opens the Select Columns to display dialog.
  4. Select a column to rearrange and click the up or down arrows until the column is the order where you want it.
  5. Repeat step 4 for each column until you achieve the desired order.
  6. Click Save.
