Search Table Views

Classic Nakisa HR Suite offers multiple views for your search results. After performing a search, you can view and sort your data in the following layouts. The fields you see are secured based on your role.

• Standard: A list view of all of the results that matched your query.
• Table View: A table of all of the results, with columns representing basic HR data about the items in the search.
• Analytic View: A table of the analytic data available for your organization. This is available for Position or Org Unit searches in SSP and OOSP environments, respectively.
• Talent/Compensation View: This table view displays most of the talent and salary analytics available in your organization. This view is only available for employee-based searches.
• Talent: This table view displays the talent-specific analytics available for your employees. This view is only available for employee-based searches.
• Compensation: This table view displays the compensation-specific analytics available for your organization. This view is only available for employee-based searches.
• SOC Analysis: This table view displays the Span of Control for all managers in your organization. This view is only available for employee based searches.

Tip: You can also access the Analytic View, the Talent Analytics, and the Compensation Analytics for all of your data from the Reports section of the main menu .
