Copying Scenarios
You can copy a scenario from an existing scenario. This is useful when you need to create multiple instances of an organizational design with varying factors to determine what the effects of specific changes are on the whole organization.
To copy a scenario from an existing scenario:
- From the Main menu
, select My Scenarios. - Click the Context menu
for the scenario you want to copy. - Select Copy Scenario from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the new scenario name and click Submit.
Note: When making a copy of a scenario, not all of the data elements associated with it are copied over to the new scenario. (Nakisa assumes that you are copying the scenario as a template or foundation to work from, so to speed up the copying process, certain analytic components that are expected to change are not copied.) View the following table to see which elements of a scenario will transfer and which will not.
