Opening a Scenario

To open your Team Design or work area

  1. Click the Main menu and select My Scenarios.
  2. Click on the Team Design you want to open.

To open your Org Design or Org Merger

  1. Click the Main menu and select My Scenarios.
  2. Click on the scenario you want to open.
  3. Click Load in the Scenario Root or Work Areas Assigned to Me section.

Tip: If you have many scenarios, you can sort your scenarios by the dates they were created, scenario name, who created the scenario, the last modification date for the scenario, and the key date for the scenario. To do this, simply select the preferred sort option from the Sort By menu in the upper right corner of the My Scenarios page and indicate whether you want the list sorted in ascending or descending order.
