Scenario Validation Rules

Classic Nakisa HR Suite can apply a collection of validation rules in your environment to ensure that scenarios being written back to your ERP meet the business logic requirements that your ERP administrators want to apply. When preparing to write your scenario back to your ERP, run the scenario validation step to determine which objects in your scenario violate those business logic requirements.

To validate your scenario:

  1. At the appropriate time in the writeback process, click the Actions menu for the scenario and select Scenario Validation. Classic Nakisa HR Suite will identify all of the objects that do not meet your business requirements and which business rule they violate.
  2. Click View Items to see which objects violate the business rule your administrators have applied.
  3. Re-open your scenario and change the objects as appropriate.
  4. Run Scenario Validation again.
  5. Return to your writeback process after resolving the validation rules as needed.
