Batch and Scheduler Settings
Use the Batch and Scheduler Settings page to set batch and posting scheduler limits.
To set the Batch and Scheduler Settings:
- Click Application Menu > Settings > Batch and Scheduler Settings.
- Modify the values as needed.
- Click Save.
The following settings are available to define limits on leasing batches and posting schedules:
Setting | Description |

Page Size of Batch Items |
Set the page size of batch items in the Batches tab. The application paginates the Batch page for additional items. By default, it is set to 10. |
Maximum Number of Batches Items |
Set the maximum number of batch items allowed to be created under one batch. If there are too many items, the batch does not generate the items and the user has to narrow the filter selection. By default, it is set to 5000. Warning: This setting cannot be larger than the Elasticsearch limit (10000 by default), otherwise, the batch is truncated. |
Page Size of History Items |
Set the page size of the History page in Scheduled Posting Jobs. The application paginates the History page for additional items. By default, it is set to 10. |
Number of Upcoming Scheduled Dates |
Set the number of dates to show under Upcoming schedule dates in the left panel of Scheduled Posting Jobs. By default, it is set to 5. |
Default Scheduling Hour |
Set the default hour for when jobs are run in Scheduled Posting Jobs. The user can modify the Run Job At time for each scheduled job. By default, it is set to 0. |
Default Scheduling Minute |
Set the default minutes for when jobs are run in Scheduled Posting Jobs. Users can modify the Run Job At time for each scheduled job. By default, it is set to 0. |
Page Size of Filter Drop-downs |
Set the maximum size of filter drop-down. These drop-downs show up in different places, such as Filters pages for Batches or Scheduled Posting Jobs. By default, it is set to 5. |
Workflow Wait Interval Sleep Time |
Set how long (in milliseconds) the application waits in between each workflow transition check (to see if the transition is done). By default, it is set to 500. |
Workflow Wait Interval Max Tries |
Set the maximum number of times the application checks if the workflow transition is done. By default, it is set to 600. |
Event Wait Interval Sleep Time |
Set how long (in milliseconds) the application waits in between each event processing check (to see if the event is done). By default, it is set to 500. |
Event Wait Interval Max Tries |
Set the maximum number of times the application checks if the event is done. By default, it is set to 600. |
