There are additional settings that only apply to the Disclosure Reports, for further information refer to Other Disclosure Report Settings.

To configure the Reporting settings:

  1. Click Application Menu > Settings.
  2. In the left-menu, click Report Settings under Settings.
  3. Configure settings or enable or disable the switches as needed.
  4. Click Save.

The following Report settings are available:

Setting Description

Report Year Range - Starting Year

Configure the first year displayed in the Year filter. Enter the number of years before the current year. By default, this field is set to 6.

Report Year Range - Ending Year

Configure the last year displayed in the Year filter. Enter the number of years after the current year. By default, this field is set to 7.

Enable Report Entity Cache

Enable entity caching for the CT_ and LT_ configuration tables to improve the performance of the reports. If enabled, the user has to invalidate caches after any manual configuration changes.

Enable Report ID Display

If enabled, the Report ID is displayed with the report details when a report is generated. The Report ID is used to identify the reports on the index server. If the reports are too large and need to be transferred via FTP from the index server, the Report IDs need to be used for the transfer.

By default, the switch is disabled, and the Report ID is not displayed with the reports.

Enable Report File Compression

If enabled, reports that are larger than the size limit configured in "Report Compression Size Limit" are stored and downloaded as a ZIP file.

By default, the switch is disabled, and the reports are exported in Excel format.

Report Compression Size Limit (in MB)

The field Report Compression Size Limit (in MB) is set to 20 MB by default. If the switch "Enable Report File Compression" is enabled, then this field determines the size at which reports will be exported as ZIP files. Change the setting, if required.

Download Extracted Zipped Reports

If both this switch and "Enable Report File Compression" are enabled, then the reports are extracted before users download the reports.

This switch is disabled by default, and the reports are downloaded in the format in which they were stored.

Enable accounting standard ID with TYPE in the accounting filter

If enabled, the Accounting Standard filter shows both the accounting standard type and ID.

This switch is disabled by default, and only the accounting standard type is displayed in the Accounting Standard filter.
