Unit UI Customization
The Unit UI Customization settings are used to configure the fields displayed in the Unit List page of the activation groups.
To configure the Unit UI Customization:
- Click Application Menu
> Settings. - In the left-menu, click Unit UI Customization under Settings.
- Configure settings or enable or disable the switches as needed.
- Click Save.

Show/Hide Description for Unit |
By default, the Description field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. The unit Name field is already passed in the DESCRIPT field in BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CREATE. If this switch is enabled, the Description field will be passed in the DESCRIPT2 field. |

Enable Description Import/Export |
When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |
|
Show/Hide Room |
By default, the Room field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. When this switch is enabled, users can set the Location at contract, activation group, or unit level, which is then sent to SAP. |

Enable Room Import/Export |
When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |
|
Show/Hide Location |
By default, the Location field is not displayed. Enable the switch to use the Location field in the and send it to SAP. |

Enabled Location Import/Export |
When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Evaluation Group 1 |
By default, the Evaluation Group 1 field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Evaluation Group 1 field and send it to SAP. |

When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Evaluation Group 2 |
By default, the Evaluation Group 2 field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Evaluation Group 2 field and send it to SAP. |

When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Evaluation Group 3 |
By default, the Evaluation Group 3 field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Evaluation Group 3 field and send it to SAP. |

Show/Hide Investment Reason |
By default, the Investment Reason field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Investment Reason field and send it to SAP. |

When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Type Name |
By default, the Type Name field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Type Name field and send it to SAP. |

When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Responsible Cost Center |
By default, the Responsible Cost Center field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. Enable the switch to use the Responsible Cost Center field and send it to SAP. |

When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |

Show/Hide Plant |
By default, the Plant field is not displayed in the Unit edit form. When this switch is enabled, users can set the Plant at contract, activation group, or unit level, which is then sent to SAP. Note: You must configure the configuration table Plant. |

Enable Plant Import/Export |
When this switch is enabled, this field is imported and exported in the Unit Excel. |
