Lease Picklists

The following picklists configuration tables apply to leases. To access lease picklists, go to Admin > Picklist Management and scroll to the Lease table.

Table Name Used In Description
Activity Type Activity History, Lease Version This option allows users to configure lease activity types. Note that activity types can also be assigned finalization permissions. See Activity History Permission Management for more information regarding activity history permissions.
Clause Type Clauses tab This option allows users to configure clause types.
Condition Executed By Conditions tab

These options allow users to configure the following:

  • Execution options
  • Manage options
  • Pay by options
  • Proshare options
  • Replace by options
  • Condition types

Document Type Reconciliation Period Reconciliation Tab This option allows users to configure document types for lease reconciliation periods.
Document Type Schedule Payments Scheduled Payments tab This option allows users to configure document types for scheduled payments.
Document Type Separate Agreements Separate Agreements tab This option allows users to configure document types for separate agreements.
Draw Trigger Lease Incentives tab This option allows users to configure draw triggers.
Insurance Type Insurance tab This option allows users to configure insurance types.
Lease Category Create Lease This option allows users to configure lease categories.
Lease Incentive Lease Incentives tab This option allows users to configure lease incentive types.
Lease State Create Lease This option allows users to configure lease states.
