Lease Incentives

The Lease Incentives tab summarizes the lease incentives mentioned in the contract, such as free rent or payments for leasehold improvements.

You can also add details to the lease incentives by specifying the amounts owed to you in the Draws section, adding notes, and attaching supporting documentation.

To modify or delete an existing lease incentive, click in the Actions menu and select the required action.

To add a lease incentive:

1. Click Main > Leases in the application menu and open the required lease.
2. Click the Lease Incentives tab.
3. To add and define a lease incentive, click to open the Create Lease Incentive window.
4. Select a lease incentive Type.
5. Enter any additional information .
6. If you know the amounts owed to you for the incentive, click in the Draws section. To create a draw :
   1. Select a Trigger.
   2. Enter any additional information.
   3. Click Save.
7. Add any supporting notes and documents.
8. Click Save.
