For Sale / For Lease

If you are planning on selling or leasing/sub-leasing the premises, you can record sale and lease information (such as the asking price, target price, and brokerage costs) in the For Sale/For Lease tab.

To modify or delete existing sale or lease information, click in the Actions menu and select the required action.

To add sale or lease information:

1. Click Main > Premises in the application menu and open the required location.
2. Click the For Sale/For Lease tab.
3. To add and sale or lease information, click to open the Create For Sale/For Lease window.
4. Enter the required General Information, and add any required notes or supporting documents.
5. Click Save.
