Expense Category Mapping

The Expense Category Mapping page allows users to map expense categories from the Financial Organization Structure to one of the pre-defined expense groups in Nakisa Real Estate. Expense categories that are mapped are used in CAM and Reconciliation calculations.

You can only map one expense category to one expense group, but expense groups can apply to more than one expense category. For example, the maintenance expense category is only mapped to CAM, but CAM also includes parking and cleaning.

To map an expense category:

  1. In the application menu, click Admin > Accounting > Expense Category Mapping.
  2. Click .
  3. Select a Expense Category.
  4. Select the Expense Group to map the Expense Category to.
  5. Click Save.
