External Sales Category

The External Sale Category Management page allows you to create, edit, or archive external sales categories and subcategories, as well as link external categories to internal categories. These categories are used when uploading sales data to your premises.

To create a subcategory, you must map the external category to an internal category.

To create an external sales category:

  1. Click Admin > Sales > External Category.
  2. Click .
  3. Enter an External Sale Category Name.
  4. Click Save. The category appears in the table.

To add a subcategory:

  1. Click > Edit external sale subcategories next to the category to which you would like to add a subcategory.
  2. Click .
  3. Enter an External Sale Subcategory Name.
  4. Select an Internal Sale Category and Internal Sale Subcategory to which this category will be mapped.
  5. Click Save. The subcategory appears in the table.
  6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 until all subcategories have been added.
  7. Click Close.
