Exporting a Lease Summary

Users can export a PDF summary of their leases from the lease detail page. The lease summary captures the most relevant information regarding your lease in a downloadable PDF file. Lease summaries can be generated at any time.

The lease summary includes the following information:

  • General Information
  • Rent Table
  • Critical Clauses
  • Clauses
  • Conditions
  • Lease Incentives
  • Insurance
  • Separate Agreements
  • User Defined Fields

To export a lease summary:

  1. Click Main > Leases in the application menu and open the required lease.
  2. In the Actions section, click Export Lease Summary. The application generates the preview.
  3. From the preview you can download the PDF file or print it.
