Modifying the Rent Table

Once a lease is approved but before it is activated, you can reopen it to modify information in the rent table. After the required changes are made, you can approve the lease.

Note: If the rent table is modified, all active associated Nakisa Lease Administration objects are reopened and must be approved and activated again.

If you need to make modifications to your lease after the lease has been activated, you must create a lease version. Note that lease versions cannot be opened for modifications.

To modify the Rent Table:

1. Click Main > Lease in the application menu and open the required lease.
2. In the Actions section at the top of the page, click Open for Modifications.
3. Make the required changes in the rent table.
4. Once all changes are made, approve the lease.
