Activating a Premises

Premises must be activated before a lease can be created.

Once the premises is activated, the Status changes to "Active", and the file becomes read-only and can no longer be edited (unless it is reopened for modifications).

To activate a premises:

1. Click Main > Premises in the application menu and open the required premises.
2. In the Actions section at the top of the page, click Activate.
