About CAM and Reconciliation

In Nakisa Real Estate, users can define Common Area Maintenance (CAM) provisional amounts in leases (for example, when the lease is first created). Users are then able to reconcile these provisional amounts with the actual operating costs that are entered for the location. Any difference can be handled with one time payments.
