Document Exports

The document exports page allows you to view and download .zip files of documents downloaded from the documents library. The application exports only the documents that are currently displayed in the library based on the set filters at the time of the export.

Once an export job is started, the status changes to "In Progress". When the export job is done, the status changes to "Successful" and you can download the .zip file.

Each .zip file contains a summary of the download which lists which documents were downloaded successfully, and which failed. Documents are sorted by location.

To manage document exports:

Click > Delete Export History to delete an export.
Click > Download Exported Documents to initiate the document download.
