Edit Position Details
You can make edits to the position details within the node in the Edit mode. You can use the Org Chart Options to add or remove position details within the nodes.
Note: Not all fields are editable. The editable fields will be underlined and will be highlighted when you hover over them.
To edit the position details:
- Select the node you want to edit.
- Click the details you want to change.
- Enter the new details into the text box and press Enter.
Each time an edit is made to a field within a node, an edit icon will appear in the node with the number of fields that have been edited. No matter how many changes you make to each field, it will only show the number of fields that have been edited.
You can also edit the position details by right clicking the node and selecting Edit. The edit position text box opens where you can update the details.
If you make an edit to remove an employee from a position, it will automatically appear as vacant.
