Note: The values for Layer are established when data is indexed. However, when viewing information in View Search Results, selecting or de-selecting any filters categories through the Org Chart Options does not index the data. Therefore the values for Layer are not updated in a Search. In an Org Chart Views view, however, analytic values are indexed and are displayed based on any criteria you include in the Org Chart.
