Group Management

Nakisa Real Estate groups help structure and collect your files together to facilitate portfolio management. From this page, users can create, edit, and archive groups that are used in the creation of locations and premises.

Users can sort and filter their files based on groups and group options. You can define your groups in several ways. For example, you can group your files by geographic region, business unit, or by product line. Groups contain group options which can be selected when creating locations and premises. Users can define as many groups as they would like, and there is no limit to the number of entries you can add to each group. All groups once created are required fields when creating locations and premises.

If a group is archived, it does not appear as a required field when creating locations and premises, but can still be viewed in the admin table. Groups can be unarchived from the admin table at any time.

To manage a group:

  1. Click Admin > Group Management.
  2. Click to create a group.
  3. Enter an English and French name, and Priority if you wish.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click > Edit Group Options to add, edit, or delete group options.
