Using the Audit Log

The Audit log is a comprehensive list of all changes made to the SOC Reports and Succession Management within Nakisa HR Suite. The Audit Log lists the following changes:

  • Change Date
  • Action
  • Object Name
  • Object Type
  • Object ID
  • Changed By

You can use this log to review the record of all of the changes, which can be useful when tracking multiple changes to an object. You can use the Filter Panel to sort the Logs. This report can be exported to Excel.

The changes that are tracked in the Audit Log only reflect changes made to the source. Any changes made by using an Excel upload will not be reflected in the Audit Log. Similarly, any changes made to Scenarios will not be reflected in the Audit Log. To view changes made to Scenarios, view the Scenario Audit Log.
