You can configure Profiles that limit the data that users have access to. Users will only be able to create and view objects in specific Lease Areas, Business Units, and Companies in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite. Users will also be restricted in the Nakisa Financial Organization Structure, and will not be able to view configuration that they do not have access to.

Note: Profiles are only applied if the user's role does not have the "data-full-access" permission configured. Contact Nakisa Support to verify your role permission configuration.
