Default Roles

The Nakisa Financial Organization Structure uses roles to determine which areas of the application users have access to. Roles are assigned through the Nakisa Cloud Platform.

Users can be assigned more than one role. If you have more than one role assigned, you will have the sum of all the permissions of each role.

The Financial Organization Structure has the following roles by default:

NLA Security: The Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Security user can configure data security. They have full access to profiles and user profiles, and read only access for ERP Systems.
NLA Admin: The Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite Admin user can update settings, as well as all configuration (including master data) in the application. They can also add ERP systems, and can import and export data.
NRE Admin: The Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite Admin user has access to all parts of the Financial Organization Structure.
NRE Lease Administrator: The Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite Lease Administrator can update settings and all configuration (including master data).
