Known Limitations in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite

The CAM and Reconciliation module currently only uses the location's default currency for calculations, even when there are multiple currencies associated to the lease.

When Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite is operating as an IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliant solution, and the user performs a casualty event in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite, the casualty term does not appear in the Rent Table. To avoid discrepancies in information, users should avoid performing casualty events in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite. Note that the scheduled payments are correct.

When Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite is operating as an IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliant solution there may be a display issue in the Rent Table in the following scenario: there is an activation group level event in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite that is not a Terms and Conditions Reassessment, which splits an existing term and adds a new one (e.g., for a casualty event).

In this case, the Rent Table is not properly updated with the new dates and term. Note that the scheduled payments are correct.

When creating a location and the user selects a suggested address, some of the address fields are not populating with the suggested inputs.

When Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite is operating as an IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliant solution, and the contract rate/IBR and modification date are updated in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite, the changes are not properly synced in the contract. Note that payment postings are still using the correct amounts.
