What's New in Nakisa Capital Projects Suite

This section outlines the new features and fixes included in Nakisa Capital Projects Suite 2025.R2.

• After selecting and finalizing a site on the project's Site Evaluation tab, you can now automatically generate the location and premises in Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite for that selected site. The location is automatically created and activated, while the premises is created in draft status
• You can now configure project User Defined Fields, which appear in the Project Overview tab. A new User Defined Fields page as been added to the Admin section to let administrators configure these custom fields, replacing the previous Additional Fields section.
• Your in-app Nakisa AI Assistant is here - get instant answers about product features and how to use them, directly from any page in the application. Just click the chat icon to get started.
• The Nakisa Product Center now includes two new tabs:
  • Quick Access: Easily access recently viewed or modified dashboard objects, as well as access to any objects you have favorited. Note that you can favorite any of these recent objects directly from the product center
  • Documents & Links: Upload and manage documents or external links in a central location. Documents can be kept private for your personal use or made public and shared access your organization.
• The project create pop-up is now a single form showing only the required fields, along with the optional Display ID field. Other fields previously available in the pop-up can still be set in the project itself after creation.
  • The project creation templates under Data Management have also been updated to match this simplified format.
• A number of new fields and filters have been added to the Lease Renewal Report, such as Assignee, Comments, and Documents.
• Site scoring fields are now limited to a 0–5 scale, providing a consistent range that makes it easier to compare scores across sites.
• Search functionality has been added the columns in the Attach Site pop-up on the project's Site Evaluation tab, making it easier to find sites to attach.
• Audit logs are now available exclusively for export in monthly increments, rather than being viewed directly in the application.
• Users can now add columns to the summary pages.
• Users can now export summary pages, dashboards in the list view, and pivot table charts as JSON files.
• The dashboard's chart creation interface has been redesigned to enhance usability and improve the overall creation process
