Ledger Transactions
The Ledger Transactions page in the Nakisa General Ledger allows users to view all the postings, internal and external, that have been made in the selected system. The Internal and External Status columns can indicate one of the following statuses:
- N/A
- Open
- Scheduled
- Processing
- Failed
- Archived
- Posted
- Reversed
If there are documents that are successfully internally reversed but failed externally, or if there are termination journals that failed externally, you can also correct the Document Date, Posting Date, or Reversal Reason from the Ledger Transactions page.
Documents can also be enriched with extra information from different products, based on the Enrichment Management settings in Financial Organization Structure. For example, the additional information is configured on the ERP Field Mapping page in Nakisa Lease Accounting Suite, and Nakisa Portfolio Management Suite can send the Store Number and Payment Term Notes. The column Enrichment Status indicates whether the extra information was successfully fetched or not. Nakisa General Ledger automatically sends enrichment requests for documents to integrated products, and will not post them externally if the enrichment fails. Note that skipped enrichments do not block external postings.
