ERP Field Mapping

The ERP Field Mapping page allows you to customize the data that is sent in posted documents to Nakisa General Ledger. With additional configuration in the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot, these fields can also be sent to SAP in document postings.

Refer to the Nakisa General Ledger User & Administrator Guide for information on how to configure the Nakisa SAP Posting Bot to send the additional fields to SAP.

To create a new ERP field mapping entry:

Click Main Menu > Admin > ERP Field Mapping.
Click .
Under Criteria, select the following:
- Select the ERP System that you are configuring the mapping for.
- Select the Principal Position of the documents that you are configuring the mapping for.
Under Mapping, select the following:
- In the NLA Table drop-down, select the object type.
- The NLA Field drop-down all of the fields for the selected NLA Table that is not currently being sent in the posting document to Nakisa General Ledger.
Click Submit.

- Select the checkbox for the entry you need to delete.
